|
|
So today was my birthday. Yes yes. The "big one. eight. "
And I happily recieved from my parents a piece of paper stating I can pick any David Bazan tour date and they'll pay my hotel room, plane ticket, and ticket to get in. I have to pick which one though..
Is anybody from here going to be going to any of these?
I'm leaning towards the one with Sam Beam, or the one in NC in march that isnt confirmed yet on a venue. |

that's what I was going to say, but maybe you should go to messiah and stay at the hotel, and then go to the eat out and stay at bob's (or something like that)
your parents sound cool |

I think Bob is hosting an eat out, not a slumber party. |

| Can we please not refer to it as an eat out anymore? I feel so dirty reading these threads. |

He's saying the "Or whatever" that proceeded his suggesting a stay at Bob's ws refering to a special hostel set up for dot org members.
These hostels are of course ficticious, which leads me to believe that he was telling what some people would refer to as a joke.
fig. a: This "joke" was not very well delivered nor was it very funny but it was a joke nonetheless and corndog is a valued member of our community.
Off course you yourself could have been being sarcastic and making a joke (see fig. a). But I do not think that is the case. |

Wait.. I don't think I've heard anything about the eat out. Is this at Bob's house? If it's in Chicago that'd be great. I used to live there so I could stay somewhere and bypass the hotel.
Does anyone know the Messiah area? Is there a hotel nearby? |

Grantham, PA is in the middle of a Forest. I got lost there last time pedro played. There is literally nothing around. Harrisburg is near by, that's where I would stay. They seem to have some cool stuff there. _________________ just say maybe. |

I feel dumb about questioning the eat out. I saw the topic so no need to fill me in on that.
To the PA show, that could be a problem. I'm not 25 so I can't rent a car, so I'd rely on public transportation to the nearest hotel. |
